In the shade of the trees, let us guide you through a creative culinary workshop based 100% on local produce. Listen to what vegetables, dairy products, legumes, spices and condiments have to teach you: their cultivation, their properties, their specificities. Then it's up to you to play with textures, colors, cooking and presentation. Each group has an identical basket and a different mandatory ingredient. Step by step, with the help of your instructor, you produce something beautiful and tasty. Your creations feed a shared final buffet. A tasty and surprising tasting: your taste buds will appreciate it, and your tongues will loosen for a lively exchange. Welcome coffee on arrival. Non-alcoholic beverage to accompany the buffet. From 4pm, opening of "Les dimanches de la Fabrique" festival. From 4pm to 6pm, Boc'à Recup continues its activities around seasonal vegetables and fruit. At 6:15pm, a show featuring acrobatics, humor, music and mechanics, the Rétro Bécane! At 7:30pm, the Amazigh group performs a concert. Free admission. From 3.30pm to 10pm, local craftsmen's exhibition and sale; local beers and crêpes at the refreshment stand! A great opportunity to stay in Simandre.
