Lyon ème
Chef Cédric Blin, originally from Reims, earned his stripes at "Les Crayères" restaurant (3 rosettes in the Michelin Guide) alongside Gérard Boyer. He then came to Lyon, where he joined Jean-Paul Lacombe's brigade at the "Léon de Lyon" (2 rosettes in the Michelin Guide). Sous-chef in the gastronomic restaurant period, he moved to the head chef position when the "Léon de Lyon" brasserie opened. He opened his own restaurant in the heart of the Croix-Rousse district in September 2011.
Armed with this experience, he now offers refined, creative, mouth-watering and generous bistro food. The menu changes every 10 days depending on the availability of fresh seasonal produce, and the chef's inspiration.
In a delightful setting that blends the authenticity of exposed stonework with a modern bistro atmosphere, you could choose, for example:
Terrine of chicken livers, seasonal chutney, mixed leaves and toast
Steamed Brittany artichoke, fromage frais flavoured with garlic, chestnut honey vinaigrette

Pan-fried cod loin, sliced endive and orange segments
Suckling pig hock stuffed with foie gras, "pot au feu" vegetables, served in a casserole dish

Two beautifully hand-written large slates offer a range of affordable wines. And from the 1st of May to the 30th of September you can eat out on our pleasant terrace.

Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
Closed from August 2nd to September 2nd, 2024 included.
