An unforgettable walk with magnificent views of the Taillefer, Lac Achard and other small lakes between the Col de l'Infernet and Col de la Botte. Once at the summit, don't forget to take advantage of our Panoramic Park, offering sublime panoramas via our belvederes, rooftop and Himalayan footbridge.
As Lac Achard is located in a Natura 2000 zone, we remind you that burning, camping, fishing and swimming are strictly forbidden (under penalty of fine). Bivouacs are permitted from sunset to sunrise, except during the peak summer season from May 01 to October 30 + Infernet area (prefectural decree). Please stay on the trails to preserve fragile environments.
☆ The little extra: the "hiking star" summer medal for children! On presentation of a photo taken at the hiking site, brave little hikers will be awarded a named diploma + possible purchase of the "lac Achard" silver star to hang proudly on the backpack (on sale for €2.50 at Tourist Offices).
Visitor alert
Lac Achard natural site: peak use in summer. Specific regulations by municipal by-law: fire, wood gathering, camping, gathering, fishing and swimming (even for dogs) are strictly forbidden (subject to fines). Dogs must be kept on a leash.

Acceptés : Pets allowed: dogs are allowed in the summer on all trails on a leash as well as in the gondola. The shepherd who works in Chamrousse in the summer has no Pyrenean Mountain Dog.
