Camille Vallet and Sébastien Deléglise invite you to walk "on the edge" with them, between terroir and innovation, tradition and modernity.

It's a unique voyage of discovery through mountain produce, guided by a duo of chefs working together under the watchful eye of Romuald Fassenet, Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
