A dormitory with 6 single beds completes the sleeping area.
A pleasant, bright living room on the first floor houses the kitchen area, with equipment adapted to accommodate groups (cooking piano, large fridge and freezer).
The living area continues with a TV corner and a games and reading area.
Two terraces can be accessed from this room, the first facing the rising sun with an unobstructed view, the second covered and facing the setting sun.
