ALEBRIJE is the meeting of a vibrant, colorful, exuberant Mexico and French gastronomy in its quest for excellence. Like these wooden statuettes, which mix the bodies of different animals, each dish from chef Carla Kirsch is a unique combination of flavors, colors and textures. Born from unique know-how and intense creativity, the Alebrije tell us about the life of a workshop and the soul of an artist. As is the cuisine that Carla, Vincent and their teams wish to share with you. A bridge between two cultures for a culinary discovery full of surprises and sensations.
