Nordic Walking with Nordic' Evasion

Description

This sport helps avoid muscular trauma, relieves pressure on the joints thanks to the judicious use of poles, and stimulates the whole body. It's an energy-booster for everyone.

Nordic' Evasion offers group lessons, supervised by a qualified instructor, with regular outings.

Ouverture

From September to the end of June:
Fridays, 9:30am to 12pm and 2pm to 4:30pm. Saturdays from 9.30am to 12pm.

Subject to favorable weather conditions.

Tarifs

Adult : 17 € (For one session)
Adult subscription: 150 € (Nordic'Pass for the whole year. Decreasing rate for starting the activity during the season. First introductory outing free).

Association membership: €40

Loan, rental and group orders of poles possible under certain conditions (see rates on the website).
