the moment of a massage or a contemplative walk. You have the choice between Balinese, Californian massages or foot reflexology, you also have the possibility of taking advantage of the massage and spa package.

And if you want to live an oxygenating experience, in the heart of nature, I suggest you discover our magnificent Coiron plateau and more precisely "La plaine du regard"!

It is a 2h30 walk starting directly from the lodgings, with breathtaking landscapes. I will share with you my passion for yoga with postures that everyone can do - BREATHE-FEEL-FEEL-LISTEN-OBSERVE-STRETCH.

We will walk in full awareness, observing NATURE, taking the time and allowing to let go!
We will also take the time to enjoy a drink in front of a breathtaking landscape ... simply to contemplate!

Our packages:
Massage (Balinese or Californian): 1h15 + spa: 30 mm: €80 (only for 1 person, allow 2 hours of time).
Massage (foot reflexology): 45 mm + spa: 30mm: €60 (only for 1 person, allow 1h30 of time).

Contemplative walks: €15/person
Duration: 2h30 (7.5 km)
Very easy walk, no difference in altitude.
Bring sneakers or hiking shoes, a bottle of water.
