The restaurant "Le Chantecler" of the Mercure hotel in Bourg-en-Bresse welcomes you in a completely renovated setting.

"I am happy to offer you this menu which is the reflection of my history and my origins.
I grew up and studied in Bresse, and have been enriched by different professional experiences throughout the world.
I offer you a gourmet cuisine, dishes from the land of my childhood, as well as dishes with more exotic flavors brought back from my travels in Europe, Asia and America."
