Located in a privileged environment, bordering the Ardèche river for two kilometers, the Domaine Walbaum covers 80 hectares, 26 of which are cultivated with the traditional grape varieties of the southern Ardèche. Our production is exclusively composed of IGP Ardèche wines and produced with respect for the environment, in sustainable viticulture.

Sustainable tourism

Since 2021, Domaine Walbaum has been committed to converting 100% of its vineyards to organic farming. It offers a slow tourism experience, focused on the art of living and respect for the environment, just like its Wine hotel****, the Hôtel Villa Walbaum, where everything is designed to reduce the impact on the environment, and its wine tourism experiences: tasting the estate's wines accompanied by local produce, Wine & Yoga, Véloenologie, La Descente Vigneronne, Dégustation perchée.

Host portrait

Ludovic Walbaum is the seventh generation of winegrowers to take over the estate. He makes wines from the region's traditional grape varieties, grown on 12 hectares of land between river, cliffs, olive groves and ancient woods... In harmony with his personal philosophy, he has been focusing for several years on viticulture that respects the environment and biodiversity.
