Description

In this completely renovated gite, you will find: two double bedrooms (two 160 cm double beds), a fitted kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine...), a lounge (with television, radio and two convertible sofas for an extra single bed), a shower room with walk-in shower, toilet, WiFi internet access, air conditioning and electric heating, a 40 m² sheltered terrace (with a vine arbour providing shade in summer), and a 15 m² garage for bikes, motorbikes or fishing gear.

The gite is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with sanitary protocol.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

On site, you can taste and buy our olive products (olive oil, olives, olivade, tapenade).

On the property, depending on the season, you can pick mushrooms, chestnuts, olives, cherries, figs, quinces, blackberries... for your own consumption.

The gite is located on the edge of the "Dolce Via" walking and cycling path (which crosses the property). This 90 km path, laid out in the magnificent Eyrieux Valley, has been voted "Europe's Best Cycle Route of the Year 2020". It's an ideal itinerary for young and old cycle-hiking and cycle-touring enthusiasts alike, not least because of its gentle gradient (less than 2%). The route is dotted with pretty bridges, viaducts and tunnels. You can hire a range of bicycles and rosalies nearby (and mountain bikes can be hired on site).

The gite is also on the banks of the Eyrieux river (which flows through the middle of the property). Swimming (small natural beaches) and fishing are available on site.

In the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy a wide range of leisure activities: canoeing/kayaking on the River Eyrieux, adventure courses, river fishing (Eyrieux, Glueyre, Auzène, Talaron, Dorne, Lac des Collanges, etc.), hiking, village visits (in particular the medieval village of Chalencon, classified as a "Village de Caractère"), etc. You can easily discover the wealth of natural, geological, architectural and gastronomic heritage.

Tarifs

Weekend (furnished property): 150 to 200 € (2 nights)
Week: 390 to 590 € (€390 from January to May and from October to December; €490 in June, September and during school holidays (except summer); €590 in July and August.).

Charges package (electricity, gas, water, tourist tax, insurance): €75.
Cleaning/disinfecting package: €75.

Deposit: 30% of the rental amount.
Security deposit: €390.

Tourist tax included.
