Claude Brioude was born and grew up in the Ardèche, and the diversity of its nature and landscapes is the inspiration for his local cuisine. He offers healthy, tasty market cuisine using organic and local produce from producers with whom he has built up a bond of trust and complicity over the last fifteen years. His inspiration also comes from elsewhere, from exhibitions and travels, which nourish him and give him a taste for different flavours... Our establishment has been selected for "Les étapes savoureuses Ardèche" and "Goûtez l'Ardèche".
