Since July 2017, Chèvrerie Au Coeur de Montjoie has set up shop in Val Montjoie. Halfway between the center of Saint-Gervais and Les Contamines-Montjoie, live 67 goats, 23 kids and 4 billy goats.
The goats stay all year round in the hamlet of Le Vivier, grazing around the farm during the summer months.
Throughout the winter and until the end of summer, we process our milk into fromage frais, faisselles, yoghurts, tommes and make our very special "trous de marmottes", flavored with fig or blueberry jam.
From 01/11 to 31/08
Opening hours between 10 am and 12 pm and between 4.30 pm and 7 pm.
Free of charge.
