Ebo means "bonfire" in Savoyard dialect, a word that perfectly describes our concept. Our chefs have carefully devised a refined menu of dishes to share, cooked in the brazier. We are committed to cooking fresh, seasonal produce from local suppliers.
Thanks to our geodesic dome and mobile canvas, you can enjoy our terrace in all circumstances.

From 5pm, discover our menu of signature cocktails, local beers and softs, and wines from our beautiful region. You'll be amazed by our 360-degree bar for an unforgettable moment of relaxation in a natural setting.

From Monday to Friday lunchtime, we offer a lunch menu from €17. Fresh produce and a menu that changes every week to introduce you to new flavours.
