On the plate, the Chef sublimates the local produce of the Drôme region according to the season: asparagus, truffles, strawberries, apricots make up a gourmet, seasonal palette whose taste stands on its own. The Chef's cuisine is based on the finest ingredients, with masterful cooking and the right seasonings.

Founded in 1988, Les Cèdres owes its reputation to the expertise, talents and professionalism of a passionate, complementary duo, who work together to ensure the satisfaction of their customers, always with kindness: Jean-Paul, the dedicated maître de maison, provides quality service with his team. Jacques, in the kitchen, is responsible for awakening the taste buds and providing intense gustatory sensations with his kitchen brigade.
