Have you always been or recently have you been afraid to put your head in the water, do you panic when you lose your footing or are you simply not comfortable in a pool?
A L'Eau Natation will help you to progress, at your own pace, in learning and becoming familiar with the aquatic environment. The pool in which this activity is practiced is ideal because it guarantees comfort (water heated to 32°C) and a very reassuring environment.
Course of the sessions :
- Individual lessons.
- Sessions last from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Water heated to 32°C.
Individual lessons every Thursday.
Possibility of some Saturday mornings.
Private lessons: 25€ per 30 minutes / 50€ per hour
