Les Trois Dômes

The menu is based on contemporary recipes. The Chef reworks and customises them with his know-how and creativity. Sometimes he adds a touch of Lyon...

He gives them gourmet flavour, generosity and quality, three essential ingredients for a successful dish. There's also plenty of conviviality, with dishes to share.
The Chef's suggestions include butcher's cuts or whole roast fish for several people.
The aperitif, a veritable art form in France, will not be forgotten either, with gourmet finger food for several people to enjoy together.

With the beautiful university buildings on one side of the Rhône and the Fourvière metal tower on the other, the scene is set. Welcome to Les Trois Dômes!
