Large common room with kitchen (52 m²), with WC, located on the ground floor of the house (access from outside) suitable for 14 people. Sheets and towels included. Air conditioning with independent regulation in all rooms. 230 m² car park with lighting and 3 CCTV cameras. Common laundry room. Covered and heated swimming pool.
