The Chef, known as "l'Ours" - "I like to cook by instinct, according to the inspiration I get from the producers on a daily basis and from what I pick. Indeed, I like to roam our mountains in search of wild mushrooms and herbs to associate them with my cooking and to let my guests discover them."

From 01/01 to 31/12 Opening hours on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday between 12 pm and 1.30 pm. On Saturday between 12 pm and 1.30 pm and between 7 pm and 9 pm. Closed on Tuesday.
