With care and passion, we offer you quality products all year round.
Our cookies are produced, packaged and sold on site, in the heart of the characterful village of Jaujac. We choose our raw materials with care and add no preservatives.

As far as possible, we use local products for our creations: organic and AOP chestnut flour, regional wheat flour, Mazan tomme, organic and AOP Picodon, Ardèche mountain honey, local organic aromatic herbs, fresh blueberries from the plateau...

Thanks to these quality products, some of our cookies have been awarded the 'Goûtez l'Ardèche' label.
This year, we will be present at the Jaujac and Thueyts morning markets.

Carole and her team combine their skills and their passion for tastes, flavours and products to create and make the delicacies of the biscuit factory. We put our know-how at the service of your palate!

Closed Wednesday and Thursday.
7.30am to 12.30pm and 3.30 to 6.30
Sunday 7:30 am to 1:30 pm.

Closed on Wednesday.
