La Côte d'Arbroz Village
Haute-Savoie ()
Five kilometres from Encrenaz col, the mountain lifts in Les Gets resort offer skiing on Mont Chery, with access to the ski slopes on Chavannes and links to Morzine.
Mont Chery also offers restaurants, bars, paragliding flights and cross-country skiing. La Cote d’Arbroz is also a former hamlet of Les Gets which declared its independence in 1784.
Encrenaz col is the starting point for many walks and snowshoe hikes, as well as ski touring and MTB on the Roc d’Enfer circuit. There’s cow milking at Aup meadow at 5pm every day in the summer and wonderful views of the Mont Blanc range and the Aravis mountains from Basse and Ratti cols.
