Our entire team is at your service to help you enjoy an exceptional moment at Cristal de Jade***** in the heart of Chamonix, right next to the famous Aiguille du Midi cable car, which will transport you 3800m up to descend the mythical Vallée Blanche or simply admire the sumptuous spectacle offered by the Mont Blanc massif.
We offer you charm and authenticity in our comfortable apartments, which can accommodate from 2 to 8 people. The 50 Cristal de Jade apartments, from 2- to 5-room, offer generously-equipped kitchens and living rooms (appliances, TV, Wifi, wine cellar, safe, Nespresso) and tastefully-decorated bedrooms. Bed linen, bathrobes and towels are provided. On arrival, you'll be welcomed at the residence reception desk to collect your keys. We'll accompany you to your apartment and help you with your luggage.
You will have free access to the indoor swimming pool, children's pool, wellness area (hammam, sauna, jacuzzi), spa and fitness area of the residence. You'll also benefit from a garage space and a ski locker with boot and glove dryer.
On request, we can lend you pancake, raclette, fondue and pierrade machines, as well as board games, at no extra charge. We also provide baby equipment (cot, high chair, baby phone and changing mat).
You can also take advantage of our à la carte services, including bakery service, catering, grocery delivery and a selection of renowned wines and champagnes. Cleaning is included on the day of your departure.
We make your stay easier. Book your ski passes, ski equipment and ski lessons. On the day of your arrival, your equipment will be installed in your ski locker and we'll give you your ski passes and lesson cards directly at reception.

On Saturdays the reception is open until 10:00 pm in winter and 9:00 pm in summer.
