The equipment is provided (boats, life jackets, paddles, helmets, wetsuit, gloves, slippers, flippers if necessary and depending on the activity).
In addition to the kayak descents, there is the possibility of swimming in white water (for all levels) over one or more days. Laurent Besse is authorized to do training and courses in whitewater swimming in order to prepare for the first FFESSM levels (French Federation for Underwater Studies and Sports).
Minimum ages:
- 10 years for kayaking
- 12 years for hydrogliding
Group size:
- Maximum 8 people in a kayak
- Maximum 4 people in white water swimming
