Junior mountain bike course - Ardèche vélo

Passing obstacles, controlled skids, descending a scree...
We'll look at mechanics so that you can help yourself in the event of a minor problem, as well as orientation and nutrition for mountain bikers. The sessions are led by an instructor and are based around themed workshops and games.

At the beginning and then at the end of the course, you'll take the Biker® test to see how far you've come, and maybe go home with your medal.

Duration: 3 to 5 sessions of 3 hours

All year round, daily.

Child: 100 €.
