Description

Facing the summits of the Mont-Blanc massif (Dômes de Miage, Aiguille de Bionassay), a 70m2 gite on one level on the ground floor of a renovated country farm, also including owners accommodation (floor), and 2 year-round rentals on the back of the house. Accessible lodging labeled Tourism and handicap. Integrated kitchen open to living room (convertible sofa), Bedroom 1 (1 double bed), bedroom 2 (1 double bed + 1 bunk bed 90), 2 shower rooms, one of which is fully accessible with wc, separate wc. Electric floor heating. Sheets are provided and beds made on arrival. Shuttle at 50m. Ski lifts at 600m in winter. Thermal baths of St-Gervais at 12km. Cross-country skiing and leisure center at 800m. 10% reduction for stays from 3 weeks.
