Au sud de Riom est cultivé le cru Châteaugay.
Le Châteaugay rouge est de couleur rubis foncé, il développe des arômes épicés et fruités, il est fin et équilibré en bouche.
Le Côte d'Auvergne gris (ou rosé) développe des arômes d’agrumes, il a un goût frais et fruité et doit se boire très frais.
Le Côte d'Auvergne blanc a des arômes fruités, il est long en bouche, très aromatique, élégant. Production de Côtes d'Auvergne rosé et blanc, cru Châteaugay rouge, cru Madargue rouge, cru Chanturgue rouge, Sauvignon blanc, Viognier, Gamaret, Syrah rouge, Pinot noir en IGP.
Méthode traditionnelle.
Accueil à la cave le vendredi à partir de 18h30 ou sur rendez-vous.

Opening hours on Friday between 6.30 pm and 8 pm.
Closed on Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
