Description

The Caveau produces red and white Bugey wines (Bugey Brut, Bugey Chardonnay, Roussette du Bugey, Bugey Gamay, Bugey Pinot Noir, Bugey Mondeuse, Bugey Rosé), which are the perfect accompaniment to your meals, from aperitif to dessert.
Combining tradition and new techniques, both in viticulture and oenology, Laurent tries to respect the living world as much as possible.
He describes his job as one of passion.
Silver Cep 2017 for his sparkling Bugey brut blanc, traditional method at the 7 ceps du Mont Blanc competition
Silver medal 2017 for his white wine "Roussette du Bugey 2016" AOP at the "Elle à table" wine competition.

Overflowing with energy, he bakes bread over a wood fire on site every Saturday with the farm's wheat, which is ground into flour in a cooperative mill.

Open every day from 9.30am to 12pm and from 2.30pm to 7pm
Open on Sundays by appointment only
