Dominique tends his vines using eco-friendly techniques, putting quality at the fore, while respecting the environment. Picking is by hand in the warm friendly atmosphere of yesteryear. Vinification is purely traditional. Dominique welcomes individuals and groups, he loves to tell of his profession that is also his passion.
